
It’s 10.30pm and my final calorie count for the day is 563, which I’m pleased with. It’ll be interesting to see how much I eat tomorrow on my feed day.

Just had my dinner and I was shocked at how little of it I ate. After half of it I just felt sick, dizzy and light headed, which was kind of weird.
So today’s day 1 of the 5:2 diet/fast. Starting weight 151.4 Ibs.
Today I plan to eat about 500 calories. So far for late breakfast/early lunch I’ve had 2 scrambled eggs with half a tin of tuna (230 calories.) For dinner (in 3 hours) I plan to have cod with lemon and butter, broccoli, cauliflower, cabbage and carrot. (221 calories.) I’ve also worked in an apple as an evening snack if I need it.
I don’t feel particularly hungry, which isn’t too surprising, though I’m used to having an afternoon snack. This might change later though.
If anyone else is doing 5:2 or anything else that has some kind of fasting worked in (intermittent fasting, alternate day fasting etc) feel free to follow me and I’ll do the same :)
